PeopleLine Healthcare are looking for experienced Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Support workers for our client. Their project will provide excellent robust opportunities for greater independence and re-integration into the community for individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour who have perhaps previously resided in hospital or provide an alternative to a hospital admission.
Our Support Workers must:
• Promote high standards of care – ensuring we exceed all regulatory and company standards
• Contribute to maximising the personal development and independence of individuals by motivating and encouraging them in all aspects of daily living
• Supporting them in the use of local facilities/amenities and leisure activities
• Maintain a stimulating, comfortable living environment.
