Salary: £26,000 per year
We are looking for passionate Support Workers in Stoke-On-Trent for an immediate start who personally want to make a difference in the lives of young people with Emotional Behavioral Difficulties.
As a Support Worker you will be providing a combination of support and domestic care. You recognize that the Support Worker role is to help service users maximize their choices, rights and decisions.
The successful candidate must have;
• NVQ Level 3 in Children and young People
Some understanding of working with children and young people with multiple complex needs including, autism, learning difficulties, deep-routed trauma, child sexual exploitation, sexually harmful behavior, and school refusal.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Hold a full driving licence
