Our clients prefer people who know the area, who can support them to enjoy what is available to them locally and who better to do that job than someone who lives in the area. Working in and around your local streets and town means fuel costs are kept to minimum. Our Community Support Workers enjoy being able to go home on their breaks and know they don’t have long to travel home at the end of their shift.
