We are seeking motivated and reliable carers to work with Capita, one of the top care providers in the UK, to provide the highest quality care possible for Service Users. Whilst working with Capita you will work alongside highly respected clients who will value your hard work and the essential role you provide within the care sector. You will be based in friendly and welcoming residential settings throughout Blackpool providing supported living care and support for several service users with differing needs.

Within this role you will be responsible for:

Dealing with a variety of service users ranging from older adults, the physically disabled and those with learning disabilites

Providing the highest standard of care at all times, including washing, dressing, and feeding

Understanding and addressing individual needs in terms of age, gender, race, sexuality and disability, and meeting specific cultural and religious needs

Ensuring all instructions are followed in an accurate and timely manner

The ideal candidate will:

Have an NVQ (or Equivalent) in Health and Social Care

Have access to transport

Have at least 6 months experience in a Care Worker role

Have excellent communication skills – written and verbal

Be motivated to provide the best support possible

Be flexible

Be reliable
