Support Worker Days or Waking Nights
Location: Canterbury, Kent, CT4
Permanent Full Time
£26,000 per year based on 37.5 hours per week.
Your new job: Shifts are on a rota basis from 7am to 2.30pm and 2pm to 10pm 5 days a week, including working every other weekend and Bank Holidays.
You will support adults aged 18+ with autism spectrum conditions, moderate and severe learning disabilities and complex needs including behaviours that may challenge.
Staff support people through a person-centred planning approach that focuses on positive outcomes and is tailored towards individual needs. This may include:
* Completing and maintaining detailed records, reports and notes
* Cleaning, cooking and shopping
* Planning and engaging in activities
* Administering and recording medication
* Complying with health and safety requirements

do not need to have experience to be a Support Worker, although a basic level of English and Maths is required. We employ our Support Workers based on their values.
