Full time Support Worker Job – Brighton – Adults with Learning Disabilities

Your new company
You would be working in a nursing home for elderly service users. These service users suffer from dementia as well as other complex issues.

Your new role
The new role will involve working closely and caring for individual adults in a residential home setting, you will have an opportunity to make a real difference in these people’s life. You will help them to become more independent, over-coming any potential difficulties.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working with the elderly in a CQC/Ofsted registered home on your CV. You will also have a NVQ level 2 in health and social care, above or equivalent. Ideally you will be able to drive as well but this isn’t necessarily needed.

You will have a dedicated consultant working with you to help you stay employed with consistent shifts. We pay a competitive rate and get our support workers paid every Friday a week in hand. We also offer on-going aftercare after we’ve place you into your assignment to check you’re still comfortable working where you are. We can also offer flexible working to fit around your schedule.
