Beautifully set 6 bed learning disability service based in Horley requires support workers to join the existing team and give support in moving the service forward as new service users join.

Working for a medium sized care organisation you will be working with young adults who have autism and other associated challenging behaviours. Focusing on forming relationships and improving their lives in a positive sense.

Unit is set in the countryside but is close to mainline train station and local amenities.

Facilities at the unit include swimming pool, sensory room, lake and acres of grounds for walks and outdoor activities.

At least 1 years experience is required for the successful candidate, there is excellent training provision and room for internal progression to work your way up internally within a forward thinking organisation.
