Do you want to work with one client in the community- if so this is a fantastic opportunity to join our small friendly team.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic motivated support worker to our team. We provide care and support for a young man who sustained a brain injury and subsequently a stroke and also assist with his rehabilitation programme.
Our client lives at home and has a full therapy and care programme. As part of this role you will work alongside a multi disciplinary team including a physiotherapist and a speech therapist.
Full time / Part time hours available
• Clean driving licence essential
• Previous experience in support / care
• Full training and on going support
• Excellent rates of Salary: £26,000per year for weekday hours with enhanced rate for weekend work.
Must be prepared to accompany client on holiday and short breaks.
