We are recruiting enthusiastic Support Workers for our multiple clients across Dorset.

About position
You can work as a full time or part time, we are able to tailor shift according your availability.
Your daily responsibilities will include however not limited to the following:
- Supporting day to day living – Personal care
- Monitoring the residents to ensure safety
- Managing challenging behaviour
The residents you will be supporting will be both male and female and range from young adults to the elderly. You will need to be physically fit and able in order to carry out aspects of your role.
Staff will be given full training where required and will be given full support to work safely and responsibly.
