We are currently seeking an Arboriculture and Landscape Supervisor to join our clients to be based in Greater London with a salary up to £54,000depending on experience.
 
Duties

• Managing the delivery of defined work stream/s in line with the Service Plan
• Ensuring suitable TM is available
• Auditing the quality of the works
• Make sure permitting is in place for all jobs and the starts and stops are monitored

• Planning then monitoring works ensuring cost accuracy and efficient delivery

• Ensuring plant and materials are available
• Working with the London Hub and Client Asset Teams to help build Task Order Programmes
• Responding in a timely manner to Performance Team audit response
• Working with manager to programme works delivery effectively

 
Experience Needed

• Full UK Driving Licence required (HGV desired)
• ONC/ City & Guilds/NVQ in relevant discipline/NRSWA- accredited (Supervisor)
• Understanding of cost control and working to budgets 
• In-depth knowledge of highway maintenance and other local authority services, focusing on Arboriculture, landscaping, and Horticulture

• Organisational and site management skills
• Understanding of construction methodologies and guidance

• Applied understanding of the TMA and awareness of safety, quality, environmental issues
