Salary: £31,200 – £36,000 per year
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT/DESIGNER
We are pleased to be working with a Landscape Design Consultancy based in Hampshire who are looking for a Landscape Architect/Designer to join their team. Established for over 25 years, their projects range from high end gardens to large rural estates and historic buildings.
THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE
- Liaising with Senior Designers and the Directors
- Drafting and finalising Hand drawn, CAD, and Master concept plans, sketches, and sections
- Drafting Planning Plans
- Drafting and finalising construction details
- Drafting and finalising plant lists
- Monitoring Projects
LANDSCAPE DESIGNER IDEAL REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a landscape architecture or garden design practice
- Excellent CAD skills – Vectorworks minimum
- Able to achieve the balance between quality and cost efficiency.
- Attention to detail.
- Consistently high standard of work.
- Organised and efficient
- A flexible and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to liaise with staff, clients, and contractors
- Excellent plant species knowledge
