Role: Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Workshop Supervisor / Service Manager

Salary: £26,000 per year+ Bonus – Including Bonus £25k uncapped.

My client who have over 600 centres and a market leader in the UK with an ever expanding product portfolio are looking for ambitious centre and workshop controllers from an Automotive background or ambitious, driven retailers to join them.

Any successful candidate will be joining at a highly exciting time as the business is going through huge changes, lead by fantastic investment in order to become a leader of world class customer service.

Upon completion of their excellent training scheme you’ll begin your journey as a Centre Supervisor.

As a Supervisor you will be dealing with trade and the public in a sales focused environment, your focus will be on customer service and driving sales with a keen eye on profit protection as well.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to supervise a team of skilled professionals in a highly customer focused retail, sales environment. You will not be frightened to take a hands-on approach to customer service and selling in this competitive business while maintaining control of branch sales and profit.

We need highly motivated leaders of people who have strong skills in communication and managing people’s performance as you will drive sales through your team and take advantage of the companies excellent bonus and career package.

Ideal backgrounds we would consider include Retail, Military Mechanical Engineers or Workshop Controllers and Automotive, Car Rental, Car Dealership industries where you will be currently working as a Centre Manager, General Manager, Branch Manager or Service Manager.
