Studio Manager

Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year

We are looking for a studio manager for our clients based out in Slough

Where: Slough

Salary: 25-35K dependent on experience

This role would suit someone who has been an office manager, studio manager, project manager or events coordinator. It is a great opportunity to get into the Studio and help us craft our newly opened premises. If you love to organise people and processes this one could be for you.

Responsibilities

• Being first point of contact for all things Studio. You’ll be liaising with suppliers and providers to ensure the smooth running of the premises (utilities, IT providers, Cleaners, Telecom’s providers, adhoc deliveries)
• Coordinating the opening up and locking up our premises, not always you but there will be times you may need to accommodate this as part of the role.
• Being the first point of contact for clients when they are booked into our studio space and looking after them, ensuring they have a first-class experience in our space
• Solving our clients’ problems – they suddenly realise they need something last minute whether it’s a makeup artist or technicians it’s on you!
• The first point of contact for resolving facilities issues to keep our space in tip-top condition – everything from broken door handles to fire extinguishers
