This award winning, medium sized, expanding structural consultancy based in a modern design studio in Hertfordshire are seeking a project level (Or near) structural engineer to join their practice as they continue to expand.

Their workload is very diverse ranging from £1m up to £80m, covering both new build and refurbishment and they work across the UK with a focus on London based projects.

You will be working directly with the management team with an opportunity of rapid progression within the business as they are experiencing sustained success.

You will be comfortable representing the company at meetings, happy taking an oveview of the design process and happy to manage more junior staff whilst interested in developing them.

This is a role that would suit an engineer at a local company where the progression is not likely, or a professional currently travelling to London and wanting out of the rat race but not willing to sacrifice their professional development. If you are not already chartered full support towards chartership will be on offer, along with a fun working environment in a genuinely collaborative company.
