Netbox Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Strategic Marketing Executive / Product Manager to join an established and known organisation in the Mid Kent area.

Due to recent restructure our client is looking for a Strategic Marketing Executive / Product Manager to join their existing team. The successful applicant will have a varied marketing skill-set and have experience of developing and implementing strategic initiatives. This particular opening is B2B focused and for that reason we would like to speak to applicants who have experience of managing a portfolio of products and the project management behind it.

This opening will sit within the Healthcare & Education segment.

* Provide local product management for all products appropriate to the segment supporting Divisional Product Management teams and local Sales and Marketing objectives.
* Provide comprehensive market intelligence on competitor pricing strategies to identify potential opportunities and target positioning for new product introductions
* Lead and support the Sales organisation to optimise product performance in the appropriate segment
* Ensure familiarity with the CRM system, utilise this system for planning and communication objectives
* Lead market launches for those products aligned to the segment
* Develop and implement local B2B Communication programmes for the segment to prescribed guidelines, on time and to budget
* Liaise with external agencies and suppliers to deliver collateral to support communication plans.
* Support Divisional teams in development and implementation of appropriate collateral
* Manage and report on the Marketing expense budget for the market segment
* Assist the Marketing team with achievement of team objectives as required

skill set:
A well-grounded marketing professional. Good attention to detail, great communication skills and a commitment to deliver to plan and budget.
* Marketing Degree or equivalent CIM qualification.
* Experience of; Formulating Pricing strategies; Developing value positioning
* Communications Campaign management; Digital and online campaigns; Direct Mail; Events
* Specification marketing experience
* CRM experience
* Copywriting experience
* Knowledge / experience of market issues
* Knowledge / experience of business practices
* Proven project manager
* Good presentation skills
* SAP

This is a senior role within the team and whilst there are no people management responsibilities, the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a track record of achievement through influence and teamwork.
