Stores Person

Our client, a leader in their field, is looking for a Stores Person to join their expanding team. The company’s focus is meeting clients requirements while delivering quality assemblies and products on time and to an incredibly high standard. This position will initially be temporary, with the potential to go permanent.

The Role:

* Ensuring all stock is available to point of use
* Ensuring stock accuracy of all batch controlled parts
* Ensuring accuracy of all Sage transactions
* Ensuring appropriate use of packing materials to prevent damage in transit
* Stores housekeeping
* Stores security
* Maintaining stock accuracy through perpetual inventory counts Receiving of goods from suppliers or returned by customers for repair.
* Unload and unpack goods directly received verifying no damage has occurred in transit.
* Record receipt and generate GRN paperwork via the Sage system.
* Locate goods in the correct holding area and transfer to inspection.
