Stores Operative / Van Driver

My client based in Ipswich are currently looking for a Stores Operative/Van Driver to join their small team on a temporary – permanent basis.

The individual will have previous stores experience, will have a clean driving licence as you will be required to delivery items to customers throughout the week around East Anglia. Due to insurance reasons the candidate will have a clean licence & be above 25 years of age.
The role will involve imputing data on to computers so the applicant must be computer literate, putting stock away when deliveries arrive, driving a 3.5 tonne van so a background in driving would be an advantage.

This would suit a driven & motivated candidate who is willing to learn and looking for a permanent role.

Training within the company will be given & there will be room for progression within the business for the right person.

The candidate will need to be physically fit as you will be required to lift goods up to 25kg, will be a good team player & will be confident speaking with customers & clients as you will be representing the company.

This will be working from 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday.

This role will be Salary: £26,000per year also offering 28 days holiday per year.
