Pay- From £26,000per year ( Up to £11.50 for overtime/ weekend work) An extra £26,000 per year is paid on top of your standard annual salary of in December and after 3 months the pay increases to a minimum of £26,000 per year

Job Type: Christmas contract
Ideally you will have worked for a large national parcel distribution company previously, however all experienced multidrop drivers will be considered

Please note that to complete essential paperwork for this position, you may be required to make a one time trip to our offices in Southampton

10 x 3.5 Tonne Multi Drop Van Drivers are required for an ongoing contract for a Parcel Delivery company near Poole

We are expecting there to be plenty of work to see you through the busy Christmas period. (40-60 hours per week)

Typical hours could fall between 7am-7pm Monday- Friday with overtime payable after 8 hours each day and on weekends (optional Saturdays) A usual shift is around 10 hours a day

The role is to collect and deliver parcels to residential homes and businesses across the region in a LWB Sprinter type van, while proving tracking information. This is fast paced work and requires route planning, so good knowledge of the local area is essential

Applicants must be able to safely lift parcels up to 30kg, and be able to deliver a minimum of 50 drops per day within their defined postcode area

Anyone applying should have previously worked as a Multi Drop Delivery Driver (ideally parcel delivery), be well presented, and have a personable nature. Due to elements of customer service and completion of vital paperwork, candidates are required to have a good grasp of the English language both written and spoken.
