Job Description
This a great opportunity for an experienced and flexible Stores/ Warehouse Operative to join the team within a busy manufacturing company, part of a large international group within the rail sector. Great progression opportunities are available after training.
The role involves some delivery and collections duties, so a full UK driving licence is required.
Role – Despatch and Warehouse Operative
Client – Rail manufacturing sector
Location – Barton Under Needwood.
Salary – £23,500
Working hours – 7.30am-4pm Monday to Friday
Holidays – 25 days + bank Holidays
Main Duties –
• Order picking
• Box assembly and scanning products
• Despatch paperwork
• Banding of pallets
• Use of measuring equipment/ counting and Inspection of goods received
• Recording goods received on computer system
• Inventory checks
• Collections and deliveries where necessary
