Store Manager Cafe / Bar (Coffee House)

A New Coffee House in Town and we are looking for a Store Manager to join the team!

We are a small, but fast growing, chain of coffee-houses around Wales, the West Country and the South Coast and now we’re coming to Welsh Back, Bristol.

To make our new Welsh Back store a great place for customers and for employees alike, we need to recruit an energetic Store Manager with enthusiasm, a positive attitude and of course a passion for coffee. A candidate with a personal license is desirable.

We believe in giving our employees the opportunity to learn, develop and progress whilst offering incentives and bonuses. Store Managers have the potential to become Trainers and Area Managers in the future too.

Our Store Manager will have some management experience and ideally coffee experience; however we provide excellent training for all recruits, so as long as you’ve got the drive to deliver quality coffee and customer service with a smile we’d like to hear from you!

We’ve been around for over 10 years (winning the Cafe Society’s ‘Cafe/Bar Chain of the Year’ Award four years running!) and have become locally known as the go-to place for ‘the best coffee in town’.

We use the finest ethically-traded, gourmet coffee beans, all the latest coffee-making kit and we train up all team members to be skilled artisan baristas!

Aside from our coffee, what makes Coffee#1 special is providing cosy, welcoming coffee houses with a sociable, community atmosphere…. so warm and friendly baristas are an essential part of the recipe too!
