Store Manager, Brixton, realistic £35,000 (OTE) + Uncapped commission – A fantastic new opening has just arisen within their new Brixton store for a Store Manager with a strong passion for sales and service who can engage and inspire their customers, helping then to create, visualise and build their dream home.

With over 500 stores my client is one of Europe’s largest carpet, flooring and bed specialist who provide their customers with a fantastic range of products that are guaranteed high quality and have a passionate and dedicated sales team where the customer is at the heart of everything they do. They have a number of exciting initiatives being implemented across their business which they would like you to be a part of….

As one of their Store Managers you will have the confidence, energy, passion and professionalism to represent their brand and work in partnership with their customers and continually go the extra mile. You will be based in their flagship store and approach their customers to fulfil and understand their customers needs by advising on what product is best suited to their customers needs, arranging finance and dealing with measurements to provide quotations and close the sale.

They are particularly keen to speak to Store Managers with previous experience in a retail sales environment or a proven track record of achievement in a consultative customer facing role with the flair, passion and enthusiasm to drive their business forward. If you have experience working as a retail Store Manager, Branch Manager, Retail Manager, Retail Leader, Showroom Manager, Deputy Manager, Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager.

You will have a passion or an eye for design and be self motivated with a fun and positive attitude. You will help create a relaxed, fun and enjoyable shopping experience as well as having a real passion for service and customers.

As a valued member of their team you will receive a 2 week induction, which includes full product information and design sales training. They have over 500 stores and national advertising campaigns that generate high quality customers and leads for you to follow up, allowing you to earn great money.

On average their Store Manager earns £42,000but some earn a lot more. As retail Store Manager you will earn a basic salary of £42,000, plus Sunday overtime, a generous commission scheme for each sale made and a vast range of benefits such as colleague discount and rewards. They expect you to earn £35,000+ annually.

The hours are 39 per week over 5 days however Sunday working will be required on a rota basis and is paid as overtime.
