Store Assistants

Salary: £26,000 per year

Acorn is looking to recruit Stock Assistants to assist our client at their stores in what is a very busy time.

Stock Assistant Responsibilities:

Assists the Store Manager with feedback on products.
Informs their leader about issues affecting health and safety and due diligence policies.
Understands the importance of inventory control and strives to minimise all areas of stock loss.
Ensures the highest standard of customer service aiding customers in a friendly and efficient manner.

Understands the importance of inventory control and strives to minimise all areas of stock loss.
Ensures the highest standard of customer service aiding customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Deals with customer complaints in a polite and friendly manner referring unresolved issues to their leader.
Has detailed knowledge of the product range and store layout.
Accurately checks off deliveries.
Rotates stock in accordance with Company guidelines.
Merchandises stock efficiently in all areas of the store ensuring the highest standard of care in the handling, storage and presentation of products.
Records all wastageWorking hours from 05.00 – 21.00 (candidates must be flexible on days).

Salary: £26,000per year
