Retail Advisor / Store Support Assistant – £26,000 per year + Commission & Expenses

Our client has a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service / Retail Advisor.

They are embarking upon a new rollout project across several stores throughout Scotland. You will be travelling to various phone stores within the area. Full travel expenses will be covered.

You will provide in-store support and assistance to the phone stores staff as they take each their customer’s through the process of their new sales project of trading in old phones. You’ll use your Customer care expertise and the training provided to take every customer on a voyage of discovery by offering a market leading experience.

Being friendly, keen, helpful and knowledgeable will help you build a rapport – while helping the Store Team achieve targets.

So you must be ready to chip in and be determined to assist Store Advisors with the ultimate of driving “Trade-in” as the preferred service.

Full training will be provided.

Duties

– Support Advisors to deliver a strong Trade-in and Trade-up message

– Provide system tuition to enhance the Sales process

– Grading Customer devices – best practice

– Engage with Customers providing Trade-in quotes

– Sell benefits of Trade-in – retaining Customer Value

– Assist with “Up and Running” data transfer

– Promotion of Trade-in and Trade-up in line with existing offers

Hours

5 days per week (4 days per week in store) 9am – 5pm

This is initially a temporary ongoing role with a view to going permanent.

They pay for this role is up to £26,000 per year + Expenses + Bonus
