Salary: £48,000 – £72,000 per year
Our client runs an exclusive independent school based in the heart of Salisbury. They operate a multi purpose sports and leisure facility on site and are looking to recruit a Centre Manager to join their team.
We are looking to recruit a suitably experienced and qualified Manager to run and oversee the day-to-day functioning of the Swimming Pool and Fitness Centre, which includes use by Students, Staff, Centre Members, External Clubs and Aquatic Courses. The role also includes management of all associated staffing, administration, training and Health and Safety requirements.
The successful candidate will work with the current team to cover the Centre’s opening hours which will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays, so the ability to work flexibly is essential.

Essential Qualifications/Requirements:
1. NPLQ
2. Pool Plant Operators Licence
3. First Aid at Work certificate
4. Level 2 Gym Instruction
5. GCSE English/Maths min Grade C, or equivalent
Desirable Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Lifeguard Trainer/Assessor Qualification
2. Swimming Teacher Qualification
