Specifications Technologist

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

Zest are working with a leading family run business to find their next new talent!

We are looking for a Specifications Technologist with the opportunity to work within a multi-site business with a stellar reputation within the Food manufacturing industry.

You will play a key role for the growth and development of the business and their products, including launching new products on to the shelves with top retailers.

Main responsibilities for this role will include completing product specifications, our client likes to get things right first time so attention to detail will be key to be successful in this role.

Maintaining all raw material and product data within the companies database to create a smooth run for the Quality team alongside supporting Technical with tight timescales for launching products.

For this role you must have previous experience within writing product specifications or a Food science degree, you will be working as an individual as well as within a team so a flexible leader and team player would suit this position!

This role offers hybrid working for the right candidate, 3 days on site and 2 days from home.

You will have strong communication skills shown both through IT and working with other teams.
