JMQ recruitment has an exciting opportunity to work within one of London’s finest and most prestigious hotels!
We are looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef with experience working in similarly exclusive 4* or 5* hotels or restaurants so, if you feel that you would be a good fit for this role, please register your interest today.

Food’s provenance is critical to you and the closer to your kitchen, the better. You understand that being a great chef is not just about cooking but the ability to work with a team as well as being compliant, from both a Food Hygiene and Food safety perspective.
Expectations
You will be expected to work between 10 and 12 hours per day, 4 – 5 days per week. For the right person, however, we would be flexible on this working pattern and would be happy to explore hours that suit you.
This is a long-term opportunity, for the right person.
Requirements
Chef whites
Own Knives
Sufficient experience within a similar 4 or 5 Star hotel or restaurant
