Sous Chef – Award-Winning Gastro Pub

We are looking to recruit a strong Sous Chef, experienced working with high volume whilst still maintaining the high standards expected of a rosette property near Carnforth, Lancashire.

Due to location, your own transport is required. This position does not offer live-in accommodation

You will have good all-round experience, preferably gained in quality Gastro Pubs with accolades, have catered for functions including weddings, be passionate about working with fresh food and have excellent attention to presentation and style.

Shifts would be predominantly straights, working between the hours of 8am and 9.30pm. Benefits include, 28 days holiday, meals on duty, uniform, share of tips and company discounts.
