Soldering and Assembly Operative

Salary: £26,000 per year

Our Client based in Colne is currently looking for experienced Soldering and Assembly Operatives to join their busy team.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE experience of soldering/bonding
• Familiarity with use of various epoxies and solders
• Great hand to eye co-ordination
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Experience of working in a production environment.
• A willingness to work and a good positive attitude
• Experience in soldering electrical components and able to follow electrical wiring diagrams would be an advantage
• Ensure all products are finished to a high standard.

Productivity Bonus:

• Paid weekly up to £26,000
• Two profit share bonuses paid per year
