Software Support Consultant – ERP or Accounting Software

Excellent opportunity for a Software Support Consultant (from Junior to Senior) based near Ingatestone in Essex – if you are bright, enthusiastic with plenty of initiative and have some previous experience supporting ERP software or Accounting software, you will get full training in our client’s range of ERP, Billing and Accounting software.

Your proximity to their office is important – they are looking for a local candidate as this is a Monday – Friday office based role. You will be mentored by a Team Leader who will teach you all you need to know about their ERP software. Salary from £28,800 – £36,000plus benefits, depending on your level of skills.

The company has been in the software business for 25 years and sell accounting, ERP, billing and CRM business software solutions. You will join a busy, friendly help desk team of 6 providing telephone, email and remote log in support to their client base with potential to move into software implementation and training in the future.

Essential requirements:

* Good standard of education
* Previous experience of supporting ERP or Accounting software at a software house, reseller or within an end user company
* Strong numerical skills
* Plenty of initiative, energetic, out going and confident on the telephone
* Computer literate – good Microsoft Office skills
* Well organised, a hard worker and able to absorb new information quickly
* Great customer service and problem solving skills

They are looking for someone who has supported ERP or accounting software such as Sage 200, Dynamics NAV, Access Accounts, Dynamics GP, Iris Exchequer, Dynamics AX, Coda, Agresso, QuickBooks, Epicor, Sage 1000, SAP Business One, Movex, NetSuite, Exact, Syspro or similar.
