Software Developer – C#, .Net, WPF, Winforms, Azure – Hybrid working (once every 2 weeks in the office in Bolton) – Salary between £25,000-£45,000 depending on experience plus benefits including pluralsight training subscription, healthcare scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. The company & your role This is a hugely successful fintech business who pride themselves on their reputation in their industry, building the business on excellent customer service. They require a highly motivated Software Developer to join their dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the CRM which is used by the entire business. Your role will initially be focused on legacy development in older technologies with the opportunity to modernise this into new technology in the next couple of years which is valuable experience to gain for your skillset. You will be working in a small team where you will have an opportunity share ideas and really see the impact of the work you are doing on a daily basis. What are they looking for They are open to different levels of experience for this role from someone who is more junior in their career looking to develop their skill set further or more experienced candidates with a solid background in C#.Net.Experience with WPF, Winforms and VB.Net would be beneficial.Knowledge in design patterns MVVM and MVP.Any experience in the following would be beneficial; Azure file storage, API calls, Entity Framework, SQL, Linq2SQLExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.Effective communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
