Permanent or 12 months FTC
Circa £35,000 – £45,000
Monday – Friday 40 hours per week

This is an excellent position to join a market – leading organisation based in Shropshire. Reporting into the Director and managing a small team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Marketing activity in the business is being completed within the marketing strategy and that all work is being completed on time to a high standard.

• Support with maintaining the company marketing strategy
• Coordinate and implement marketing activities to promote all services
• Manage and support all advertising campaigns, both online and offline
• Organise and project manage national and international exhibitions
• Oversee all press releases and case studies
• Take ownership of digital and social media strategy
• Manage and develop all corporate and product branding and promotional literature
• Analysis of research, current market conditions and competitor information
• Develop marketing initiatives for new product launches
• Liaise with the internal creative team and external agencies
• Fully responsible for the marketing budget

To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone who has experience of managing a marketing department, or has been working as a Senior Marketing Executive and ready to step up into this role. We would love to find someone who would be comfortable in Managing a small team, but is still happy to be hands on and supporting in day to day marketing activities.
