Cleaning Manager

My client is looking for a site manager to lead a team of cleaners, waste operatives, gardeners and handymen.

Role requirements and responsibilities

The candidate must be a natural problem solver

Experienced managing a team of people on a busy site/ premises

Very hands on approach

Ensure work is completed to a high standard and on time

Experienced working with KPI’s- ensuring that cleaning is finished to an audit quality standard

Flexible in approach and have confident managerial skills to organise workload and individuals

Working times are 9am to 5pm

Due to the nature of the client’s business, a degree of flexibility would be advantageous regarding working hours.
