Social Work ATM (Assistant Team Manager) required for both interim and permanent positions based in Wiltshire. This post offers an immediate start and pays up to £48 per hour LTD for interim posts and up to £44,603 for permanent posts. We have positions within a variety of Children & Families based teams, including Child Protection, Localities and Fostering/Adoption. This post is critical to the current Social Care Team Management structure and responsibilities include the consistent provision of high quality service to children, exceeding standards of care and safeguarding, promoting positive outcomes and assessing needs and requirements in line with National Standards. Working in partnership with Families and Community Health, Children’s Social Care Workers and Management, Council Authorities, Police and Protection Groups and the Legal System all play a crucial role in the wider communication chain. The successful candidate will have a degree with Social Work, full HCPC Registration, robust ATM experience, previous Social Work ATM exposure and the ability to lead a team of up to 6 Social Workers.
