Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year
An exciting opportunity has risen for our client based in Braintree, the company are opening a new division and they are looking for a Social Media Executive to join the team on an 11 month contract.
Our client is looking for an ambitious team player who willingly goes the extra mile to make sure the best possible solutions are implemented and have a proven background in managing social media for successful products. You will need to be a digital expert with a passion for online conversation such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn etc.
For the right candidate this is an opportunity to make this role your own and influence how they deliver social media in the long term. You will need to be flexible with your working hours as you will be attending meetings, visiting exhibitions, writing, blogging, social media posting, taking photos, videos and generating media which means you wont always be in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering day to day social media activity and growing their online community.
Plan, develop and own content for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+ and others.
Monitor relevant social media and news sites for potential amplification opportunities.
Work with their partners and ambassadors to ensure their social media gets the maximum exposure.
Provide advice for their online media spend.
Monitor KPIs and produce weekly reports to the management.
Work with the digital and marketing agencies to develop and execute their social media strategy including content.
Skills & Experience Essential
You must have excellent working previous experience in similar role
A good overall understanding of digital marketing and the latest digital and social trends.
Ability to work independently, collaborating with others and seeking help and guidance from other senior team members when appropriate.
Able to manage the expectations of clients and team members at all times.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and distilling insight to present back to the team.
Good standard of Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience of using CMS is an advantage.

End: This is a fixed term contract for duration of 11 months
Salary: £30,000 – £36,000(pro rata)
Hours: Based on a 35hrs however need to be flexible to hours worked.
