Social Care Worker Nights

Salary: £26,000 per year

About you

We are looking for people who are kind, caring, reliable, honest, committed, empathetic and patient, to join our skilled knowledgeable team who work in a person-centred way putting the needs of service users before their own. You will be responsible for looking after service users and supporting them with their daily requirements.

* Positive attitude to working with people with learning disabilities (associated with complex needs), Autism and non-verbal, by maintaining a person-centred approach

* Follow the night shift guidelines and carry out the responsibilities that entails

* Deliver a flexible and responsive service by safeguarding customers and meeting their daily needs

* NVQ 2 qualification or willing to obtain one

* Effective communication and recording skills

* Able to work as part of a team and autonomously

* Literacy and numeracy skills with proactive and ability to maintain confidentiality
