Skilled Manufacturing Labourers

Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting Skilled Manufacturing labourers in Leeds.

Our client manufactures a large range of high quality, heavy duty products for their customer base throughout the world. The successful candidates will be responsible for constructing prefabricated steel components in a fast paced factory environment.

Duties will include:
• Assembling heavy metallic products.
• Using hand tools/staple guns to ensure a quality product ready for storage/delivery.
• Heavy lifting and manual handling throughout the shift.

The successful candidates need the following skills and attributes:

• Good practical skills
• Have a can do attitude
• Be available to start immediately
• Have experience working in a fast paced warehouse environment
• Have worked in a similar role previously

Hours/Pay:
• Day Shift, Monday to Thursday – 06:30 – 15:45 & 06:30 – 12:45 on Fridays. 40 hours per week. ( multiple shifts availability/ so flexibility is required)
• £26,000 per year dependant on targets being met and timekeeping and attendance..
• Overtime is available at present and is paid at T&1/4. (£10.00 – £11.25)

This is a temporary position, with the potential to go permanent after 3 months if performance warrants this.
