Site Supervisor – Industrial Roofing & Cladding

Salary: £26,000 per year

About our Client 

My client is a sheeting and cladding business based in the Midlands and are looking to recruit a Site Supervisor, due to expansion. They are a small close-knit team and take great pride in their company, their staff, and the high quality work they undertake. Their projects are new builds, refurbishments and maintenance, ranging between £5,000 and £1million per site and we have many large, regularly returning client companies. Now they are looking to a Site Supervisor to their team. 

About the Role 

• Managing labour 

• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety requirements 

• General day to day running of the site 

• Organising and prioritising own workload 

• Liaising with main contractors/clients as their first point of contact throughout the project 

• Liaising with clients’ key staff, design team, project co-ordinators, draughtsmen and architects 

• Attending progress and management meetings when required 

• Liaising with our suppliers/plant/scaffolders when necessary 

• Dealing with and resolving any site problems and issues relating to labour, plant, materials etc 

• Certifying works at the necessary intervals 

• Completing records and any admin necessary to fulfil the tasks required 

• Ensure deadlines are achieved 

• Ability to fulfil clients’ contractual requirements 

About the Candidate

Must have at least 3 years experience in Site Supervising. 

Must have relevant tickets 

Be able to travel around the midland 

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
