Site Manager Urgent Contract

Job Title: Site Manager URGENT CONTRACT

Salary & Location: £24 – £28.8per hour. Days/Leeds

Duration: 3 months CONTRACT

Start date: 13th July – Interviews to commence ASAP!

Job Description: Site Manager urgently needed to manage Site activities and sub-contractors on multiple educational new build/refurb project. You will be managing construction packages and involved in managing multiple site, reviewing RAMS, have full control over all site activity and documentation.

You must have excellent H&S knowledge and implement throughout all sites the project. You must also have experience/knowledge of construction and M&E. You must have experience of supervising a range of trades involved in the construction sector, such as;

* Joiners
* Electricians
* Steel Erectors

As Site manager on this site you must have the following;

* SMSTS
* FIRST AID
* Education/Construction experience
* IOSH/NEBOSH (preferred)

This is an excellent opportunity to work for an established Construction company who have full order books and several projects with confirmed start dates over the next 12 months. After this project there are several opportunities for excellent Site Managers to move from project to project with this company – locations throughout the UK!
