Site Manager / Senior Site Manager

Salary: £336 – £360 per day

We are an established construction business based in Altrincham and are looking to appoint an experienced site manager who has experience in delivering new build and refurbishment projects within the Residential sectors for our projects across Manchester.

The Site Manager duties will include:

1. Managing Health & Safety on our sites and ensuring all associated paperwork is in place prior to

any works commencing.

2. Managing contract programmes to ensure timely delivery

3. Producing fortnightly progress reports identifying issues with cost, programme, procurement,

H&S & quality

4. Responsible for ensuring that the appropriate labour, material & plant is provided to sites to ensure that works can complete to programme. This will include the supervision and effective management of all subcontractors on site

5. Managing design change and reporting variations to the client team and internal commercial

manager.

6. To assist with encouragement, mentoring, and coaching the onsite management teams

7. To develop effective working relationships with clients and consultants

You should be able to demonstrate an ability to manage schemes up to a value between £1M and £4M.

You will also be required to provide a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificate.
