Site Manager
A well-known Tier 1 Housebuilder, who develop UK wide, require a Site Manager for a 140 unit development in Daventry.
The development is made up of a mix of Houses and Apartments, all Traditional Build and is set to start in the coming weeks.
Project: You will be the Site Manager for a development that is made up of a mix of 140 Houses and Apartments, all Traditional Build and is set to start in the coming weeks.
Site Manager Experience Required: Strong Traditional build experience. In addition to this, the Senior Site Manager should have experience with a well-known Developer on large housing developments.
In return for the Site Manager:
- Salary up to £72,000DOE
- Company Car or Car Allowance
- Life Insurance
- Pension contribution
- Discretionary Bonus
- 25 days holiday plus BH
