My client is a Main Contractor who has developed an enviable reputation for quality and service throughout the South West. They specialise in contracts within the £500k to £2.5m range on both a refurbishment and new build environment.

They are looking to recruit a Site Manager to work on forthcoming Commercial and Residential contracts in South West including Wiltshire, Somerset, Gloucestershire, and Dorset and also across to Berkshire and Hampshire.
The Person…
• A competent Site Manager
• Knowledge of all exterior and interior trades
• Minimum SMSTS Certificated.
• Familiar with Commerical and Residential builds.
• Experience with refurbishments
• The ability to maintain costs on site
• IT literate
• Competent to complete daily/weekly work sheets
• Strong Customer Care knowledge.
• Strong liaison skills
