Salary: £42,000 – £54,000 per year
A great opportunity for a Site Manager or an Assistant Site Manager seeking the next step in to Site Management for a company that build bespoke large high end one off houses.
My client built high end one off bespoke large houses and also do high end restotrations and this an exciting time to join and help the build and deliver this project.
Main duties: Running the site effectively and safely and dealing with client, subcontractors and labour on site and, attend meetings and ability to read and interpret site drawings ensuring direction and communication is delivered.
IT literacy: MS Office including Excel and Word
Candidate profile: A local based candidate around Bristiol area – will consider Junior Site Manager or an Assistant Site Manager seeking the next step – trade background preferred, however not essential.
Qualifications: Must have a Full UK Driving Licence & own vehicle, SMSTS, First Aid CSCS card – also opportunities to go on paid courses
Hours: 7.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
