Site Manager (Pre-cast Concrete)
Rate – £18 – £30 p/h
Location – Manchester
Contract – 18 weeks
Are you an experienced, hands on Site Manager with experience working with precast concrete structures? Are you looking for your next contract working for a well-established company that has worked on prestigious projects countrywide?
My client is looking to add a highly skilled site manager to their rapidly expanding and highly skilled team for an exciting new project in the Manchester area.
On a day to day basis you will be tasked with looking after various gangs on site working with precast concrete structures. You will be tasked with ensuring the smooth running of the project, offering daily reports, being responsible for concrete deliveries, daily advice notes etc. This role will suit an experienced Site Manager who is also very hands on when it comes to supporting the team.
This is an excellent opportunity with attractive rates of pay to work on an exciting project with a well-established and well respected company.
The role:
* Working alongside other highly skilled engineers to erect structural concrete frames and columns.
* Supporting and managing other gangs effectively.
* Responsible for daily deliveries, advice notes, daily reports etc.
The Person:
* It is essential you possess a CSCS card.
* Experience managing a team and communicating effectively with other people on site.
* Experience in erecting precast concrete frames and columns.
SMSTS / SSSTS holder would be highly advantageous
