Job Title: Site Engineer
Location: Essex
Sector: Building
Start Date: 2 weeks
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: £216p/d-£200p/d
Company & Project: Top Build / Civil contractor who work on a national basis predominantly on large new build commercial projects. An urgent requirement has developed for a site in the Essex area for an experienced Site Engineer to start work within in the next two weeks.
Duties & Responsibilities: You will report into the Project Manager and will be responsible for all aspects of setting out for a section of the project including the creation of controls points, gridlines and drainage including complex holding down bolts, supervising the concrete pour and steel erection.
The Key Requirements
Key Skills & Experience:
* Extensive experience with robotic setting out equipment.
* 5-10 years+ experience with recognised main contractors.
* Adept with land surveying/setting out on a range building projects to £10m as lead engineer or £50m as part of a team.
