Site Engineer

Salary: £324 – £360 per day

We have a new requirement for a Site Engineer to work with an established civil engineering contractor on a new groundworks project close to Heathrow.

There is approximately 6 months work on this project.

Role:

Setting-out for groundworks

Read and review construction drawings

Undertake basic take-off’s

Raising technical queries with designers and other members of the client team

Carry out relevant inspections and testing to ensure conformance of the works with the design and specification

Ensure all work complies with quality, safety and environmental policies and the requirements of the company procedures

Supervising and coordinating operatives on site.

Working closely with the Site Manager to ensure the project is completed to programme.

Requirements:

Degree qualified.

4 + years’ experience working as a Site Engineer on groundworks projects.

Good IT skills.

Immediate start available. Rate will depend on experience.
