Freelance (OUTSIDE IR35) 25 weeks – Site Agent / Site Manager Bolton- for the PC
Site Agent -Minerva Rd, Farnworth, Bolton BL4 0JR working for the Principle contractor with a very well know and trusted subbie reporting in Site Agent SMSTS and First Aid –
Currently looking to recruit a Site Agent working for the Main Contractor
Happy for LTD company as outside IR35 or Soletrader CIS
Scope of works – the package will be subcontracted to a team that has worked on several of these jobs before and know what they are doing so you will be mostly keeping a eye on Programme, H&S QA. The package is a RC pad foundation, Grouting, Gullies, drainage, ducting, kerbing external works, there is a very good subcontractor reporting in on that site for H&S reasons so need at First Aid and SMSTS – Gas Generator Site
Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting to visiting Contracts Manager
Managing all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment Aspects
Managing and updating programme of works
Close liaison with subbie (they are know and trusted and good!!!!)
Materials
Keeping accurate daily records
THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A SMSTS and First Aid
