Are you a natural at building rapport? Have a talent for resolving issues? Looking for a position you love, where you can build and progress your skills?

We are seeking our newest service-driven, confident and passionate professionals to join our vibrant, high-energy call centre at our Chester head office, joining us on 04th March 2024.

Joining our bustling Quality and Performance team, you will be on the front line of Owner case, using your newly learnt skills and personality to ensure Owners first year of their holiday letting journey runs as smoothly as possible.

Are you good at dealing with people? Highlighting your rapport building and customer relations experience, you will be managing the whole owner journey from the first day of the property being live through to 1st year anniversary, hand-holding Owners through their first booking, monitoring property booking performance and carrying out regular performance-based checks to ensure property owners meet their income and booking projections!

Do you have excellent communication skills? You will be working autonomously to build rapport and embed trust with Owners, reassuring and guiding them through their first year on our portfolio, easing any worries and ensuring you communicate any concerns clearly and concisely.

Are you a natural at thinking on your feet? You will be using your newly learnt knowledge and initiative to prepare property owner for their first booking, monitor property booking performance and carry out regular performance-based checks to ensure property owners meet their income and booking projections.

Alongside a starting salary of £20,500, you will make the most of our performance bonus of up to £200 pcm as well as some extra perks built around your health and well being:
