Shift Manager

Exciting Shift Manager opportunities have arisen due to growth within our renowned Glasgow based FMCG client. Our expanding client requires motivated, enthusiastic Shift Managers to start a new weekend shift due to a sustained period of increased production. There are permanent weekend dayshift/nightshift opportunities available with responsibilities to manage upto 7 staff (Nightshift) and upto 20 staff (dayshift) and to work closely with the Senior Production team to boost efficiency/production across the site.

The Candidate:

Previous experience in an area team lead/supervisor/management role within manufacturing is a must
Self reliant,self starter with experience of managing KPI’s, PDR’s and 121’s
Motivated individual looking to progress their career within FMCGThe role:

Manage the efficient running of your designated area over an entire shift.
Assist in implementing plans as agreed with the senior team.

Ensure systems and controls are in place to meet customer codes of practice
Liaise with Planning, Engineering and other functions to deliver the highest of standardsThis is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious production team leader/supervisor within manufacturing looking to take the next step in their career.
