Shift Leader

Currently looking for a Shift Leader for a leading Aluminium Solutions company.

In this role you will be responsible for the following;

Achieving daily production plan in quantity and quality according to specifications.
Ensuring company policies are adhered to and assist in promoting and enforcing health and safety procedures onsite.
Ensure 5s procedures are adhered to for a safe and clean work place.

You will have responsibilities in Production, Quality, People Management and Health & Safety.

Candidates applying for this role should have at least 2 years manufacturing experience at a Supervisory level, working knowledges of HR and H&S procedures, along with a previous history of excellent performance.
