Service Sales Consultant

Salary: £48,000 per year

We are currently working with a large, multi-national lift manufacturer to assist in growth of their Sales Team, recruiting for a Service Sales Consultant to be responsible for the area of the M4 Corridor, and surrounding areas.

The role of the Service Sales Consultant will involve;

• Achieving sales growth through development of a robust new business customer prospect pipeline focusing predominantly on winning new maintenance contracts.
• Additional responsibility for selling incremental repair works both on and off portfolio.
• Identifying and developing strong professional working relationships with new client prospects and influencers through proactive business development, visit planning, lead identification and thorough qualification of all opportunities.
• Developing an individual sales strategy in conjunction with the Sales Manager to drive portfolio and margin growth.
• Supporting the closure of incremental repair bookings by providing the lead on larger scale bids requiring a tailored sales/negotiation input.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have;

• A full UK Driving License.
• At least 3 years’ experience in the sale of service and maintenance contracts and familiarity with bids and tenders.
• Ideally some working experience within the building services industry, however this is not essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to confidently promote a brand and negotiate contracts.
• An enthusiastic nature, willing to learn and push to achieve company set targets.
